Raindrops from heaven


 


The darkness was pierced with a sharp knife 
As Light from heaven brought life
Grey skies split open and the sun blazed through
The landscape changed as the sky turned blue

Everything changed within an instant
The grey clouds and heaviness seemed distant
Hopelessness and depression disappeared
A shoot of hope began to appear

Then coloured raindrops fell from above
Magically full of redeeming love
As raindrops touched people's skin
Something supernatural started to begin

The greyness of life was blown away
Isolation, insecurity were cast away
God's great love began to flow
Life's colours began to grow

And Now...

All around there are people receiving 
Open to The good news and believing
Lives are changing and being transformed
Their true identity is being formed

Flying high

  My wings are open and ready to fly There is a call from above to fly high Here we go, my feet are off the ground  My wings are making a mighty sound Caution and waiting has been my stance Not leaving situations to chance Yet I know in my heart there is more To fly in the sky as an eagle and soar Excited and spreading my wings I fly into the air and begin to sing What amazing joy and fun As I go higher and higher towards the sun I'm sensing the thermals in the air And dart around with great flare I feel my wings are growing stronger  And now my journeys are longer The caution I had, has disappeared As I let go of things I've feared I release rubbish from the past Things that were never meant to last Our heavenly father is filled with joy Proudly saying "That's my Boy" He is always for me and loves my heart He wonderfully created me from the start
